Shipping policy

Sugar, salts and fats are the only preservatives used. The Bits are baked to order and are best enjoyed within 5 days. We make every effort to ship day next business day at the fastest and most cost-effective so you can enjoy the Bits at their prime. One-day shipping will be the best option to keep the product as fresh as possible. Consider local shipping option where available. We cannot guarantee our baked goods condition upon arrival via USPS

We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment. If the delivery shows “delivered” by courier please refer to the delivery policy of the respective delivery agency - Generally, Magic Hour Confections uses USPS.
