MHC General Refund/Cancelation Policy

“Company” (referred to as “The Company” “Us” “We” “Our”) refers to Magic Hour Confections LLC

“Bits” (referred to as “The Bits”, “They/Their”, “Baked goods” “Product/s” or “Confections”) refers to our cookies

Our Bits are precious and perishable and we believe you’ll appreciate them as much as we do, however, if you are unsatisfied with you order, be it quality or other reach out to us at admin@magichrconfections.com with your order number to reach a resolution.

Changed your mind after order was placed? Let us know ASAP! We can offer a refund in the form of store credit on cancellations on order amounts of $16.00 or greater- no amount in excess of the original purchase amount will ever be awarded.

Didn’t care for the Bits you received? We welcome any and all feedback. Consider ordering a Sampler Box first to get a flavor tour of our products before committing to a singular flavor. Refunds on personal taste preference will not be granted.
